I’ll be releasing some new music soon* but, before I do, I’m clearing the decks of some odds and ends that I’ve been sitting on for a while.
Today I’m putting out an instrumental version of my 2018 electronica album Micronations:
The original album featured heavily-processed vocals by yours truly about (as I then put it), “family, domesticity, failing memory, and the indifference of nature”. If you’d prefer to hear these songs without the angst-ridden vocoders, now’s your chance! Seriously, I think the music works really well both with and without my voice.
Last week I released a four-song EP that, until then, had been subscriber-only. It’s called Silver Dollar Club.
